A friend just brought "Newsweek"
of Sept. 5th. Your article on "Beyond Capitalism" was
read with gusto; and the fact that your 'eye' failed to
note credit due William E Rappard in the USIS Bulletin
struck a warm cbolld. M y late h-asband Herbert Walker
was a stickler on t his score. In his name I'll pass on
his idea on Capitalism, quote: ••• " it started when the
first dog buried his first bone."
